ADA has three main services: AI & Agent Training, AI & Agent Coaching & Implementation, and AI Strategy & Advisory. We help individuals, business owners and teams learn to use AI and apply it to real work.

No. We start with your current experience. Training and the initial informational session can cover the foundations; experienced users and technical teams can focus on more advanced tools, workflows or decisions.

Yes. ADA is based in Wichita, Kansas. Stoni delivers seminars and training across the region. Individual coaching can be in person or over Zoom. Group format, location and any travel requirements are agreed when we scope the engagement.

Choose AI & Agent Training for a group, AI & Agent Coaching & Implementation for hands-on projects, or AI Strategy & Advisory for decisions and planning. Within Coaching & Implementation, you can learn to build with guidance or have ADA handle most of the build. You can also start with a conversation without choosing a service.

The first session explains current AI capabilities at your level. You can then choose guided coaching or a full-service build. On the coaching route, identify tasks and workflows between meetings. The second meeting covers a prioritized roadmap, agent-account setup on your computers, tool instruction and walking through your first project. These are separate 90–120 minute sessions, each starting at $200. A complete production system is not promised within one session.

Yes. Organizational AI & Agent Training includes seminars, conference sessions, team workshops and focused skill sessions. Introductory training covers capabilities and limitations, responsible use and a broader AI mindset through live demos. The core is consistent; examples can be selected for your field. Format and any specialized work are agreed separately.

Depending on scope, examples include AI-assisted research and reporting, internal tools, document workflows, websites and repetitive administrative tasks. We first assess feasibility, information access, review requirements and how an improvement will be measured. These are possible applications, not promised results.

Each initial 90–120 minute meeting starts at $200. Ongoing 60–90 minute coaching starts at $150 per session, weekly or biweekly. Training, full-service implementation, advisory and ongoing optimization are custom-scoped. Listed rates are starting prices; the final scope, software needs and any additional costs are discussed before you proceed.

Weekly coaching includes quick emails or calls as needed between sessions. Biweekly coaching does not automatically include that support. Additional work and support are agreed separately.

No. Training can stand alone, and you do not need to commit to an ongoing program to begin. The initial guided sessions are separate purchases. Any continued coaching, implementation or advisory work is agreed with you.

We agree on a baseline and relevant measures before the work: time spent, costs, quality, errors or adoption. We compare results after the change. AI use alone does not demonstrate a return, and savings are not guaranteed.

We discuss data access, tool settings, sensitive information and human review when scoping the work. Outputs need checking; important decisions and approvals stay with people. We do not assume every task or piece of business information belongs in an AI tool.

The Success Hub is being developed as a searchable public library of AI articles, practical guidance and newsletter issues. It will help you revisit useful information and follow relevant developments between sessions. The public library is planned without client accounts; it is not a private client portal.

Not yet. The Hub is in development, and public browsing and newsletter sign-ups are not active here. This website explains the planned resource without connecting to private owner tools.

ADA tracks AI developments and helps you judge which matter for your work. Coaching, advisory and ongoing optimization provide personal guidance within the scope you choose. The planned Success Hub will add a place to read and revisit useful material.
