• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the final video.

Refund Policy:

Due to the personalized nature of our video products, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction:

• If there are issues that cannot be resolved through revisions, please contact us to discuss potential solutions.
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, prior to the commencement of video production.

Delivery Time:

• Standard delivery time is within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee, ensuring delivery within 2 hours during business hours, or at the beginning of the next business day if ordered outside business hours.
