How We Live and Work.
I saw AI becoming a technology that would permanently change the world around us. I started Ai-dapt Academy in 2023 to help people understand that change and learn to use the tools for themselves.
My goal was to bring practical AI education and implementation to Wichita: explain what the technology can do, demonstrate it with real tasks, and help people apply it to their own businesses and lives.
That remains the focus today. I help people understand AI and agents, use them responsibly and expand how they think about applying them. My speaking experience includes the 2025 ISPI conference in Jacksonville, the Kansas Economic Development Alliance Fall Conference, and numerous other workshops and conferences throughout the region.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Wichita State University and have owned and managed businesses in the Wichita area since 2004. That shapes how I evaluate AI: what problem does it solve, who will use it, and is it worth the investment?
