The core presentation is consistent across introductory sessions. Demonstrations and examples can be selected for your industry or roles; this does not mean a completely bespoke curriculum.
Is the presentation custom-built for every organization?
The introductory presentation has a consistent core. Use cases can be selected for your field. Specialized topics or additional hands-on work are discussed and scoped separately.
Can we continue after the training?
Yes. Coaching, implementation, advisory and ongoing optimization provide different ways to continue. Follow-on work is discussed and agreed separately.
